Scheduling Your Delivery
Once your order is ready for shipping, we will be in touch with you by text or email. If you’re ready at that time, we will schedule delivery with the freight company and send you the tracking info. Please note we can only make requests with freight companies for specific delivery days and times, no guarantees. For smaller items, we ship with FedEX and Canada Post, and provide the tracking info.
For customers in metro and suburban centers, appointments are flexible and can be accommodated to suit your calendar within the operating hours of your local delivery team.
Less populous areas of Canada (such as the Yukon, the Northwest and Nunavut territories, and areas outside of major cities and suburbs) are subject to additional shipping fees for door to doo delivery. Typically in these areas, we ship to the closest freight depot to avoid further fees, and customers arrange to pick up from there. If you’d like to speak with a member of our team as to what you can expect to pay in shipping, please contact us.
If your order totals $999 or more before tax, you qualify for FREE basic shipping.
*Please note that flat rate shipping, free shipping, and other discounts do not apply outside of PatioBAY’s standard shipping area. Contact us prior to purchase if you have questions about the area your order will ship to.
- Curbside Delivery: This is what our standard FREE delivery service includes. The freight company will offload your item to the front door of your house, car port or garage. For apartment buildings, it will be delivered to the front door or loading bay. Signature is required.
- Please note, with all deliveries these are not PatioBAY employees. We have no control over their delivery methods, manners and level of service.
- We do hire reputable delivery companies, and aim for a pleasant delivery experience.
- Your feedback is important. If you are unhappy with your delivery experience, let us know as we continually aim to make improvements for the better.
White Glove Delivery: Driver will place your item outside of your home in the designated spot and remove packaging from the premise (read details). Currently, this service is only available within BC, and can generally be done from Whistler to Chilliwack. Please contact us for a quote and if you are eligible for white glove delivery service.
We only ship to addresses within Canada.
We ship to the address on order or the closest freight depot indicated prior to shipping. Please provide working daytime phone number for the freight company to make delivery appointment with you. Should any delay occur due to incorrect contact information, customer will be responsible for the incurred storage fee. We ship via third party freight companies, so any damage incurred during shipping has to be taken up between the customer and the freight company. We are not responsible for damages and do not ship out damage product. We are happy to replace any damaged products during shipping at no additional charge once the proper claims have been filed with the freight company
